Do tokens expire?
No. Once purchased they sit in your account until you spend them.
Can I get a refund?
Unused tokens are refundable within 14 days under EU consumer law. Used tokens are not — output was already generated.
Do you charge per second of video?
No. We charge per scene + per generated asset (TTS, image, render). Predictable; you see the quote before the job runs.
